250 g grated khoya
85 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon thick yogurt
1 teaspoon ghee
½ cup milk
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
400 g granulated sugar
600 ml water

Knead the Dough Pulse all the jamun ingredients in a food processor to form a soft supple dough
Roll The Jamuns To shape the jamuns, pinch a little dough and roll them into cylindrical shapes.
You will get about 50-60 jaumns.
Frying. Fry The Gulab Jamnus till crispy and golden
Soaking In Sugar Syrup. Pour warm sugar syrup over the gulab jamuns and let it soak for a few hours.
Garnish with chopped pistachio and dried rose petals and enjoy!
